LifeWise Unveils New Individual Plan Member Portal

LifeWise is launching a new and improved member portal in July 2025. This updated portal is designed to offer a faster, easier, and user-friendly experience for members with individual and family plans.

Here is essential information to help you assist your clients with this change:

What are the key features of the new portal?

  • Available in English and Spanish languages.
  • Features a cleaner dashboard and a more personalized experience.
  • Seamless functionality and smooth operation on popular desktop and mobile browsers including Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge.

Why is LifeWise making this change?

LifeWise members told us that our old portal experience needed improvement—and we listened! Member feedback played a crucial role in the design and development of the new portal, leading to improvements that make account management speedier and more convenient.

What do members need to do?

Most of the information members have saved in their current account setup will not change. However, members will need to do the following for their initial sign-in:

  • Change their username and password upon first sign-in. The password criteria is eight characters, one uppercase letter, and one special character.
  • Have their member ID available when signing in.

Members are encouraged to provide ongoing feedback to continue improving the portal experience.

How will members be notified about the new portal?

Members will be notified about the new portal via email messages. If members have opted in for digital health updates, they’ll receive a reminder about the portal upgrade, including their member ID. Information will also be available on the LifeWise website.
