Good to Know! Contract Lifecycle Management Update

LifeWise Health Plan of Washington, transitioned to Ironclad for contract lifecycle management. The change went into effect on December 6, 2025.

Who’s impacted by the change
All funding types and group sizes will receive contracts and related documents from Ironclad.

Your feedback showed pain points in contracting. Ironclad will make the process easier and faster.

What documents are included

Member contracts
Summary of benefits and coverage (SBC)

Communications from Ironclad
Ironclad sends draft contracts on behalf of LifeWise via email. These emails are safe to open and end with the domain @mg.ironcladapp.com.

Documents gaps
There may be instances where individuals have to request copies of current and historical SBCs or benefit booklets through their LifeWise account representative if they’re unavailable online. We’re actively working on a solution and will post updates with producer news.
