Get ready for ProducerConnect

October 8, 2026

ProducerConnect launches for individual plan producers mid-October. It gives you a secure place to view your book of business and detailed client information. As we prepare for launch, here’s what you’ll need to know.

What is ProducerConnect?

ProducerConnect is a new secure portal you’ll use to view all your 2027 business, regardless of brand. Individual business launches first in October. By February 1, 2027, you’ll use the same portal for all affiliated lines of business you sell.

In ProducerConnect, you’ll be able to access client information, including:

  • Book of business lists
  • Client contact details
  • Plan details
  • Member ID numbers
  • Payment details and history
  • Dependent Information

If you sell other lines of business, you may see information for those products, such as Small Group or Medicare Supplement. Those products are not launching yet, and support will not be available until their launch dates. Information in those sections may be incomplete and could change before launch.

What you’ll need to sign in

You’ll receive an email invitation to ProducerConnect in mid-October. Select the link in that email to get started. Your user ID will be the email address where the invitation is sent. Because ProducerConnect uses multi-factor authentication (MFA), you’ll need access to that email account to receive a verification code the first time you sign in. You won’t be able to create your account without the invitation link.

If you don’t receive your invitation email, first check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact Agent Support.

After you sign in, your information will automatically appear. No additional setup is required.

Using the portal

ProducerConnect will only display your 2027 business. To view 2026 information, continue using the current producer portal. During the transition period, sign-in links on our website will take you to a page where you can choose either portal. Beginning January 1, 2027, ProducerConnect will be the only producer portal available.

Depending on where you click through from, you may see a new webpage that explains the launch timing and when to use the old or new website. Follow the instructions on that page to get to the right place.
